Please complete the details on this form to enter all competitions organised by Swindon P.S.F.A. and submit no later than Wednesday 16th July 2025 Entries received after this date may not be accepted and your school may not be entered into any competitions organised by Swindon P.S.F.A. during the next academic year. Sections marked with a * must be completed. When calculating total cost remember to include rep side support grant (£20) and website access fee (£10) Invoices for competition entry fees will be issued to schools in September.
