The 2024-25 season fixtures have now been uploaded to the fixtures and results page. If there are any dates on which your child cannot play, please let me know as soon as possible. With just a few players yet to pay in their sponsored shoot-out money the current total stands at a brilliant £1,445.
Saturday 16th November: Swindon win away in Surrey. The Reds returned to winning ways with a 4:2 win over Woking. A full report of this match can be read by clicking on the blue fixtures and results hyperlink above and then clicking on the red score for this match
Thursday 21st November: Training at New College: 4.30-5.30 p.m.
Saturday 23rd November: Swindon host Newbury & District for our Southern Counties Cup Round 2 tie at Gerard Buxton. Players are asked to arrive in uniform by 10.15 a.m. for an 11.00 a.m. kick-off. As usual I will contact those players selected on the Wednesday evening beforehand to confirm availability and arrangements.
Thursday 28th November: Training at New College: 4.30-5.30 p.m.
Saturday 30th November: Swindon head off to leafy Buckinghamshire to play Chiltern & South Bucks in the Southern Counties League. The venue is Thorpe House School Playing Fields, Priory Road, Chalfont St. Peter, SL9 8SB. The entrance to the venue is at the end of Priory Road down a lane to the right of the entrance to St. Joseph's R.C. Primary School. This match will be on a grass pitch. At the time of writing kick-off time has yet to be confirmed. As usual I will contact those players selected on the Wednesday evening beforehand to confirm availability and arrangements.
The representative side was formed in 1973 and plays in four regional competitions; the Southern Counties League, Southern Counties Cup, Shires Cup and Anglo-Welsh Cup. (click to view details of these competitions).
